OUR TIMELINE
Our story began in 1999, with one passionate founder and drum kit
1999
Kane spent countless hours in his drum room, a make-shift studio at the end of his garden, made from an old air raid shelter.
2010
Kane on Tour.
Having graduated from a prestigious performance and music college in Chiswick, London,
Kane went on tour as a professional actor/musician. This took Kane around the UK, Europe and
South America. Upon his return, Kane acquired his first property at the age of 22.
2016
Rockstar was born.
Determined to celebrate his roots, Kane launched the first Rockstar company, Rockstar Property.
With one property, a big vision, and a mission to do things differently, Kane set out to become the
Landlord he never had.
2020
Rockstar Property Partners launched.
With a vision to improve the tenant-experience, Kane launched Rockstar Property Partners,
to acquire, develop and rent residential property assets right across the UK. With a focus on
championing tenants, Kane and his team acquired 18 projects in the first year of trading.
2024
Two independent schools acquired.
In 2023 and 2024 School of Rock Holdings (our educational arm), acquired two full time independent schools, in North Wales and Oxfordshire, England.
2025
International Expansion Commenced.
Rockstar opened an office in Dubai, UAE, to further-expand our property and educational presence.
